Shipping policy

 

Euro Cycling Australia - All items are subject to supplier availability as stock levels change daily. We will aim to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. For all standard deliveries within Australia we use Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, and StarTrack.

Orders received for next day delivery are required to be processed by 2pm daily. Orders on Friday's after 2pm until midnight Sunday will be processed Monday morning.

Delivery Times

Metro Areas: Delivery is usually 2-4 working days 

Regional Areas: Please allow 3-5 working days

Remote Areas: Please allow 5-7 working days for rural and remote locations

NOTE: These are guidelines only as supplier stocks change daily and we cannot guarantee availability. Bicycles and/or special requests may take longer depending on requirements or custom parts ordered.

Delivery Restrictions

  • No shipping to PO Boxes
  • Some oversized items may require freight delivery with appointment
  • Remote area surcharges may apply for locations outside major centres

Express Delivery

Express delivery options are available for metro areas:

  • Express Post: 1-2 business days (conditions apply)
  • Same Day Delivery: Available for Sydney metro area (surcharge applies)

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking number via email
  • SMS notification with delivery updates
  • Estimated delivery window
