Internal cable routing looks clean and can reduce drag — but not if it forces bulky head tubes and makes maintenance and adjustments a chore. Our MORE Integrale system uses the same standard head tube shape for both internal and external routing, giving you all the benefits without compromise:

REALFAST AERODYNAMICS
Balancing aerodynamic efficiency with rugged all‑terrain capability demanded meticulous engineering. The Extrema is optimised around large‑volume 29"/700c tyres with 50–57 mm WAM (Width‑As‑Measured).
Our purpose‑shaped down tube cleans up airflow as it passes over the front wheel — starting 60 mm wide directly behind the tyre and widening toward the bottom bracket. This smoothly redirects air while shielding bottles from drag for a complete, cohesive aero system.
Up front, the head tube features an elongated aero profile with a sharply truncated rear, creating a narrow, streamlined frontal area between the headset bearings. Paired with your riding position, the result is an adventure‑ready bike that is genuinely fast. Aerodynamics and stability are further enhanced when matched with 3T Discus 45|40 LTD wide‑section wheels.
EXTREMA ITALIA VS RACEMAX ITALIA
While the Racemax Italia is built for speed on fast courses and mixed tarmac–gravel riding, the Extrema Italia is built exactly as its name suggests — for the toughest race routes and the boldest adventures.
- Racemax Italia shines with 35–46 mm WAM tyres, where its top‑speed capability rivals the best road bikes. Fast and responsive on asphalt and smoother gravel.
- Extrema Italia delivers greater traction and control, optimised for 50–57 mm WAM tyres. Engineered for rough terrain, sustained high speed, and long distances.
The Extrema uses our 3Touring geometry — higher stack and shorter reach compared to the Racemax — making it ideal for adventure racing and bikepacking. Wireless dropper and suspension seatpost compatibility plus integrated fork mounts complete an extremely versatile platform.
Crucially, the Extrema matches the Racemax Italia’s class‑leading bottom bracket and head tube stiffness — the benchmark for any fast gravel platform. Thanks to refined carbon layup and a slimmer seat tube, it also delivers noticeably improved vertical compliance for greater comfort over rough ground.
3TOURING GEOMETRY
Our 3Touring geometry balances two priorities: rider fit and confident handling.
- Rider fit — still road‑inspired for efficient power delivery, but with a slightly higher stack for improved control on demanding terrain. Subtle changes, major benefit.
- Handling — carefully engineered for confidence on rough ground while remaining light and nimble on fast sections, even with large tyres. A moderately slacker head tube angle and generous fork offset (61–73 mm depending on size) deliver predictable, reassuring handling however wild the surface.
